These Regulations are the Workplace Safety and Health (General Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 38A

In the Workplace Safety and Health (General Provisions) Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 38A, in the definition of “SSIC classification”, replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
