8. Sanitary conveniences

It shall be the duty of the occupier of a workplace —
(a)
to provide, maintain and keep clean, sufficient and suitable sanitary conveniences for the persons at work in the workplace; and
(b)
to provide and maintain sufficient and suitable lighting for these sanitary conveniences.
