2. Definitions
Feedback & supportIn these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“construction worksite” means a factory in which building operations or works of engineering construction are carried on;“shipyard” means a factory in which ships or other floating structures are constructed, reconstructed, repaired, refitted, painted, finished or broken up.
