12. Failure of members to elect
Feedback & supportIf the members of the Society fail at any time to make the necessary elections in accordance with section 9(1)(c) and (d) the Minister may appoint such persons from among the members of the Society who are public accountants or registered accountants, as the case may be, to hold office in the Council.
