54. Expenses of members of Council

No fee shall be paid to any member of the Council in the performance of his duties as such a member.

“Council” means the Council of the Institute established under section 44;

A member may be reimbursed from the funds of the Institute for out-of-pocket and travelling expenses incurred by him in relation to the affairs of the Institute.[39
