60. Chairman of general meetings of Institute

The President of the Institute shall preside as chairman at every general meeting.

“Institute” means the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore;
(2)
In the absence of the President of the Institute at any general meeting, the Vice-President of the Institute shall preside.
(3)
In the absence of the President and the Vice-President of the Institute at any such meeting the chairman shall be elected from among themselves by those members of the Institute present at the meeting.[45
