67. Saving for other written laws
Feedback & supportInsofar as it is necessary for preserving the effect of any written law or document —
any reference in the written law or document to the repealed Accountants Act is to be construed as a reference to this Act; and
repealed Accountants Act
“repealed Accountants Act” means the Accountants Act in force immediately before 1 April 2004;
any reference in the written law or document to a registered public accountant or an approved accounting corporation is to be construed as a reference to a public accountant registered under this Act or an accounting corporation approved under this Act.[69

“public accountant” means an individual who is registered or deemed to be registered in accordance with this Act as a public accountant;
