Variation of access agreement
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), an access agreement may be varied at any time by agreement between the parties but only if it remains in conformity with the order under section 6 declaring the relevant public path.
(2)
An access agreement cannot be varied in a manner that affects the legal interest in the land of another person without that person’s consent to the agreement.
