28M. Registrable MV register as evidence

  “authorised officer”, for any provision of this Act, means an individual who is appointed under section 38 as an authorised officer for the purposes of that provision;

  “mobility vehicle” means —(a)a mobility scooter;(b)a motorised wheelchair; or(c)any other motor vehicle designed to carry an individual who is unable to walk or has difficulty in walking and prescribed for the purpose of this definition;
