Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 8 April 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Active Mobility (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 254/2018), in regulation 2 —
in paragraph (b), delete “4(2) or”; and
after paragraph (b), insert —“(ba)any offence under regulation 4(2) of the Active Mobility (Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and Mobility Vehicles) Regulations 2018 as in force immediately before 8 April 2026;”.
