Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
This Order is the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 28 May 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 3
In the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 676/2021), in paragraph 3 —
in sub-paragraphs (2)(a) and (3)(a), replace “and 14” with “, 14 and 16”;
in sub-paragraph (2)(da), replace “specified route in Part 7” with “specified routes in Parts 7 and 7A”;
in sub-paragraph (2)(i)(ii), replace “9 a.m.” with “10 a.m.”; and
in sub-paragraph (3)(a), after “6,”, insert “7A,”.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) Order 2021, in the Schedule —
replace Parts 6 and 7 with —“Part 6ROUTE A6Division 1 — FootpathMap A6.1Division 2 — Shared pathMap A6.2Part 7ROUTE A7Division 1 — FootpathMap A7.1Division 2 — Shared pathMap A7.2PART 7AROUTE A7ADivision 1 — FootpathMap A7A.1Division 2 — Shared pathMap A7A.2”;
replace Part 13A with —“Part 13AROUTE A13ADivision 1 — FootpathMap A13A.1Division 2 — Shared pathMap A13A.2”; and
after Part 15, insert —“Part 16ROUTE A16Shared pathMap A16.1”.
