Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and Mobility Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 8 April 2026.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Active Mobility (Dealing in Personal Mobility Devices and Mobility Vehicles) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 243/2018) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), in regulation 2, delete the definition of “mobility vehicle”.
Amendment of regulation 4
In the principal Regulations, in regulation 4, delete paragraph (2).
Amendment of Second Schedule
In the principal Regulations, in the Second Schedule, replace the warning notice with —“ ”.
