Regulation 4
Eligibility to be registered responsible person
A person is eligible to be the registered responsible person for a registrable personal mobility device only if the person is —
(a)
an individual who —
(i)
has attained the requisite minimum age; and
(ii)
has a contact address in Singapore; or
(b)
an entity with a contact address in Singapore.
