7. Service of non-publication direction

A non‑publication direction may not be served on a publisher unless the court grants permission to give the non‑publication direction.

A non‑publication direction must be served together with —

the Attorney‑General’s application for permission to give the direction (including the affidavit supporting the application); and

the order of court granting permission to give the direction.
