Form of suspension or cancellation of non‑publication direction
Subregulation 1
The suspension of a non‑publication direction by the Attorney‑General under section 13(6) of the Act must be made in Form 2.
Subregulation 2
The cancellation of a non‑publication direction by the Attorney‑General under section 13(6) of the Act must be made in Form 3.
