46. Sittings in private, etc.

(1)
Subject to subsection (2), all matters and proceedings in the Court are to be heard in private.

“court” means a court of competent jurisdiction, other than the Syariah Court;

The Court has power to hear any matter or part of a matter in public, if the Court is satisfied that it is expedient in the interests of justice, or for other sufficient reason to do so.
