Clause 11

Amendment of section 47

Section 47 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “shall summon the husband before the Court” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “must cause a summons to be served on the husband”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “or the registrar of the Court” in subsection (5).
