Amendment of section 50

Section 50 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or the registrar of the Court” in subsections (1), (3), (4) and (7);

(b)

by deleting the words “or the registrar of the Court, as the case may be,” in subsection (2); and

(c)

by deleting the words “the Court or the registrar may” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “the Court may”.
