Regulation 13
Contributions in excess of rate set out in Third Schedule to Act

Any Muslim employee who desires to contribute in excess of the appropriate rate set out in the Third Schedule to the Act may do so by —
(a)
giving written notice to his employer in the form issued by the Majlis for that purpose; and
(b)
sending a copy of the notice to the Majlis.
