Regulation 3
Time for payment of contributions
Subregulation 1
All contributions to the Fund payable by an employer under section 78 of the Act shall be paid to the Board not later than 14 days after the end of the month in respect of which they are payable.
Subregulation 2
The Board may in the case of any employer or class or classes of employers grant an extension of time for the payment of the contributions for a further period not exceeding 7 days.
