Regulation 6
Application for registration
Subregulation 1
A person who wishes to conduct a Muslim religious school must apply to the Majlis to register the school in such form and manner as the Majlis determines.
Subregulation 2
The Majlis may require the applicant to furnish such information and documents as the Majlis considers necessary for the purpose of considering the application.
