Requirement relating to witnesses to consent
Each of the 2 persons witnessing the consent of a relevant person of a child under section 26(2)(c) of the Act must not be —
(a)
a person who has made or who intends to make an application for the adoption of the child; (b)a solicitor or an agent of a person mentioned in paragraph (a);
(c)
any person engaged by a person mentioned in paragraph (a) to facilitate the adoption of the child; or
(d)
any adoption agency engaged by a person mentioned in paragraph (a) in relation to the adoption of the child, or any employee of such an adoption agency acting in relation to the adoption of the child.
