Regulation 11

The fee of $250 is payable by the applicant of an adoption application to the Guardian-in-Adoption for making the Guardian‑in‑Adoption’s affidavit in relation to the application, including making any investigation mentioned in section 27(1) of the Act.

The fee payable under paragraph (1) must be paid into the bank account specified by the Guardian‑in‑Adoption on the relevant website, whether by means of the electronic fund transfer service specified by the Guardian‑in‑Adoption on the relevant website or by other means.
