Remission of fee by Guardian-in-Adoption or other officer of Ministry of Social and Family Development
The Guardian-in-Adoption, or any officer of the Ministry of Social and Family Development authorised by the Minister for the purposes of this regulation, may in his or her discretion, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under regulation 11(1).
