15. Directions by Minister

The Minister may give to the Agency any direction under section 5 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018.

“Agency” means the Agency for Science, Technology and Research established under section 3;

The annual report for any year must set out any directions given by the Minister under subsection (1) and must contain a report of any action taken by the Agency during that year pursuant to the directions.
