24. Proceedings to be authorised by agricultural officer
Feedback & supportNo proceedings shall be instituted in any court against any person under any provision of this Act except with the written authority of the agricultural officer or of any officer to whom the agricultural officer may by writing under his hand delegate the power either generally or specially to grant that authority.
