82. Minimum equipment list

For every large aeroplane in its fleet, the AOC holder must establish a minimum equipment list —

that is approved by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation;

that is based upon, but no less restrictive than, the relevant master minimum equipment list; and

that includes any permission granted by the Director-General of Civil Aviation in regulation 81.

The minimum equipment list established under paragraph (1) must be specified in the AOC holder’s Operations Manual.

For every large aeroplane in its fleet, the AOC holder must establish a minimum equipment list —
