Regulation 27
Operating in icing conditions — flight procedures
For any flight mentioned in regulation 3(1)(a) or (b), the pilot‑in‑command must not commence the flight or intentionally fly the aircraft into expected or actual icing conditions unless the aircraft is certificated and equipped to cope with such conditions.
