Restriction on claims for damages and compensation
No damages or compensation in respect of any subsidiary legislation made under this Act, or of any act done under this Act or such subsidiary legislation, are recoverable —
(a)
save under and in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Act and of any of its subsidiary legislation; and
(b)
unless the claim is made within 3 months of the happening of the event which gave rise to the claim or within any further time that the Minister may, in any case or class of case, allow.[30
