Regulation 16
Offences and penalties
Subregulation 1
Any person to whom approval is granted who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes regulation 7(3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
Subregulation 2
Any holder of an operating permit who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes regulation 8(3), 11(2) or 13 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
