16. Offences and penalties
Feedback & supportAny person to whom approval is granted who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes regulation 7(3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
Any holder of an operating permit who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes regulation 8(3), 11(2) or 13 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
Subregulation 1
Any person to whom approval is granted who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes regulation 7(3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
Subregulation 2
Any holder of an operating permit who, without reasonable excuse, contravenes regulation 8(3), 11(2) or 13 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
