70. Fees, etc., payable to Board

All fees, charges and moneys collected under this Act or any rules made under this Act (except composition sums) must be paid to the Board.

“Board” means the National Parks Board established by the repealed National Parks Act as in force before 1 July 1996 and continued by section 3 of the National Parks Board Act 1996;
