Regulation 11

Licence and permit not transferable

Subregulation 1

No licensee shall transfer or assign the benefit of his licence or any permit granted to him to any other person.

A licensee who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
