17. Onus of proof of citizenship
Feedback & supportIf in any proceedings under this Act or with reference to anything done or proposed to be done under this Act, any question arises whether any person is a citizen of Singapore or an exempted person, the onus of proving that he is a citizen of Singapore or an exempted person lies upon that person.
