Clause 60

The Payment Services Act 2019 (Act 2 of 2019) is amended by deleting the words “approved as a financial institution under the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act” in sections 13(1)(b) and 23(10)(b) and substituting in each case the words “licensed under the Banking Act”.
