Consequential amendment to Remote Gambling Act 2014
Section 3(1) of the Remote Gambling Act 2014 (Act 34 of 2014) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a) of the definition of “financial institution”, the following paragraph:“(aa)any merchant bank licensed under the Banking Act;”.
