Regulation 11

For the purposes of determining the aggregate value of the interest in or right over immovable property referred to in section 33(1) or (1A) of the Act, there shall be excluded such portion of the value of any interest in or right over immovable property or any part thereof held for the benefit of persons other than the bank pursuant to an obligation imposed under any written law, rule of law, contract or order of court.
