Regulation 9

Every bank in Singapore shall, within 14 days from 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and 31st December of each year, submit a return to the Authority on its property sector exposure in the form set out in the First Schedule.

If the last day for submission under paragraph (1) is not a business day, the bank may submit the return on the next following business day.
