Regulation 34
Non-transferable licences and permits
Subregulation 1
No licence, import permit and storage permit shall be transferred, and the benefit of a licence, an import permit or a storage permit shall not be assigned, by the holder of the licence or permit to any other person.
Subregulation 2
Any purported transfer or assignment of a licence, an import permit or a storage permit in contravention of paragraph (1) shall be void and of no effect.
