38. Exemption
Feedback & supportThe Minister may, by regulations, exempt —
(a)
any person or class of persons; or
(b)
any, or any class of, contract, agreement, matter or transaction,from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such terms or conditions as may be prescribed.
