This Order may be cited as the Casino Control (Exemption from Exclusion from Casino, etc.) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 13th February 2013.
Section 165A(3) of the Act does not apply to a person mentioned in section 165A(1)(a) of the Act who —
is on the legal aid scheme under the International Child Abduction Act 2010; and
is not a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore.
