13. Amendment of regulation 15

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 15 —

in paragraph (4), after “casino operator”, insert “or licensed special employee”; and

after paragraph (5), insert —“(6) A licensed special employee who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action under section 93 of the Act.”.
