27. Amendment of regulation 25A

In the principal Regulations, in regulation 25A(4) —

in sub‑paragraph (a), delete “and” at the end; and

after sub-paragraph (a), insert —“(aa)in the case of a licensed special employee, be liable to disciplinary action under section 93 of the Act; and”.
