10A. Notification of use of supplier by approved manufacturer

For the purposes of section 103A(4)(c) of the Act, every notification under that provision by an approved manufacturer to the Authority must be —

made in the form and manner as the Authority may specify; and

accompanied by any information or document in relation to the supplier that the Authority may require.
