Subject to paragraph (2), the minimum return to player percentage of each gaming machine or gaming program used in a casino shall be 90%.
Paragraph (1) shall not apply to any semi-automated electronic table game.
In this regulation, “semi-automated electronic table game” means an electronic table game conducted in a semi-automated manner, where a dealer conducts the game play with the automation of wagering or payment.
