Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Central Provident Fund (Investment Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 8 April 2026.
Amendment of regulation 35
In the Central Provident Fund (Investment Schemes) Regulations 2000, in regulation 35, after paragraph (2), insert —“(2A) The amount credited to a designated shareholder’s ordinary account under paragraph (2) may be withdrawn by the designated shareholder under regulation 14(1)(da) of the Central Provident Fund Regulations 1987.”.
