Regulation 1
These Regulations are the Central Provident Fund (Medisave Account Withdrawals) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulation 6(d), (e) and (f), come into operation on 1 June 2026.

Regulation 6(d), (e) and (f) is deemed to have come into operation on 17 December 2025.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations are the Central Provident Fund (Medisave Account Withdrawals) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and, except for regulation 6(d), (e) and (f), come into operation on 1 June 2026.
Subregulation 2
Regulation 6(d), (e) and (f) is deemed to have come into operation on 17 December 2025.
