Regulation 13

Compoundable offences

The following offences may be compounded by the Director‑General in accordance with section 30 of the Act:

(a)

any offence under sections 9(13), 12(2) and 13(4) of the Act;

(b)

any offence under regulations 4(3), 5(6) and 10(7).
