7. Appeal
Feedback & supportAny person aggrieved by any decision of the Director under section 4(3) or 6(1) may, within 21 days after notice of the decision is given to him, appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.

“Director” means the Director of Social Welfare appointed under section 3(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act and includes any person who is authorised by him to perform any of the duties or exercise any of the powers of the Director under this Act or any regulations made thereunder;
