15. Notification of change of residence

Every parent of a member must notify the Minister of any change in his or her place of residence.

“parent”, in relation to a child, includes a legal guardian of the child;

Every parent who makes a report of the change of his or her place of residence under section 10 of the National Registration Act 1965 is deemed to have complied with subsection (1).
