22. Appeals

Any person aggrieved by any order made by a protector under this Act or the refusal of the protector to review any such order may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final and shall not be called in question in any court.

“protector” includes the Director of Social Welfare, Assistant Directors of Social Welfare and such other persons as the President may, by notification in the Gazette, declare to be vested with all or any of the powers conferred and the duties imposed upon a protector by this Act or by any rules made thereunder;

Any order made under this Part shall have effect until varied or revoked on appeal.
